Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breath work to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Our Yoga Flow is open to all levels of experience. Suitable for a mixed ability of students from beginners (with no restrictive or limiting physical health issues) to intermediate.

Sara is a Freestyle Fitness yoga coach which encourages use of the full body to achieve a healthy mind, body & soul connection for optimal health through principles like postures, pranayama and breathing.

Recent studies show that yoga is a very safe and effective way to increase physical activity for all ages, levels and sizes. In particular, the practice of yoga can be beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches & pains, depression and stress, and the benefits of yoga include:

Can help with depression and anxiety

We believe it is very difficult to achieve a highly effective and safe class within a large group so we only offer small, intimate group classes of 6-8 or one-to-one sessions. One-to-one lessons are an uplifting and completely personalised way to practice; beginning with an initial consultation to determine the clients’ needs, the programme is tailored towards overall personal wellbeing, personal fitness and long-term goals.
