Sara has been in the fitness industry for 27 years and is passionate about teaching lifestyle management of Health and Fitness, to include Personal Training, Nutrition, Hormone Rebalancing, Reiki Healing and Meditation. She enjoys motivating and supporting her clients to unite Mind Body and Soul for ultimate wellbeing.

Sara has led a successful career in the health and fitness industry for over 27 years, running a fitness studio SK-Life Fitness for 12 years and the concept of Lifestyle Studio is a culmination of her extensive knowledge, experience and passion for health and wellness. She is a highly qualified advanced Personal Trainer, Nutrition Practitioner and Hormone Rebalancing expert, Reiki Healer and Meditation Coach.

Yoga Instructor

Claire completed her Teacher Training in The Bahamas, at the International Sivananda Yoga School in 2005. Located on island paradise, the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat is an island of peace and natural beauty. Since returning from the Bahamas she has been teaching and doing her own practice, and knew that Yoga was the correct path for her.

Claire returned to the Bahamas in 2007 to complete a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training Course, and then again in 2008 to enhance her asana practice. She has also been to the International Sivananda Yoga School In Tyrol Austria to develop her practice. Her love for Ashtanga was inspired by Kino MacGregor and she went to the Miami Life centre to attend the Mysore classes, then onto Purple Valley in India to enhance her own Ashtanga knowledge where she trained with Noah Williams.

Claire teaches with such passion and her teaching style is a mixture of all the amazing things she has been taught but with a beautiful holistic approach. She is a registered Yoga Alliance teacher and enjoys teaching all levels and we are privileged to have her teach at Lifestyle Studio to share her knowledge.


Clare is fully qualified with a PgDip in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. Her prior interest with healing and alternative therapies led her to pursue studies in counselling and psychotherapy. She is a naturally warm and caring person and believes everyone has the right to live a fulfilled life with meaningful relationships. She believes that no matter the difficulties we may have experienced in the past, that we all have the capacity to heal.

Clare has also completed short courses in CBT, Time Limited Therapy, Psychiatry, Neuroscience & Ethology and also have a keen interest in Mindfulness & Yoga.

She is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) working towards accreditation, and adhere to their ethical framework. She is committed to continuous professional development.

Personal Trainer

My journey began on the sports field having played cricket and hockey at County level. A love of food and cooking led me to become a Chef/Restaurateur for over two decades.

A desire for a change of lifestyle at the age of 51 has driven me to combine my skillsets and become a Personal Trainer.

As an older adult, I’ve travelled on life’s highway and sustained a few injuries on the way. I understand the difficulties in achieving that elusive work/life balance and how daunting it can seem.

With empathy, patience and a burning determination, I can help you achieve your goals. By understanding what makes you tick I can design training plans to be invigorating, challenging and fun. Backed up with regular reviews and supported with superb nutritional advice together we can tackle the challenges ahead.
