Breath work at Lifestyle StudioThe goal of meditation is to focus and understand your mind—eventually reaching a higher level of awareness and inner calm. Meditation is an ancient practice and it can certainly help you to control emotions, enhance concentration, decrease stress, and even become more connected to those around you. With practice, you’ll be able to achieve a sense of tranquillity and peace no matter what’s going on around you.

At Lifestyle Studio, we aim to introduce you first to working with your breath and help develop a regular meditation practice with ease and confidence. This meditation practice does not require any forced concentration, is easy to learn, can be done lying down or sitting up and can be incorporated into even the busiest day. You can incorporate meditation into our Lifestyle Holistic package or join a group session or have 1-1 meditation.

Sara founder of Lifestyle Studio has been practising meditation on a regular basis since 2012 as part of her own health and well-being regime, and has attended many meditation workshops, retreats and classes and is passionate about helping others to address the effects that stress may have on their health and wellbeing.

Tuesday 10.45am – 11.30am with Sara 

You will learn breath work, mindfulness techniques and be given guided meditations laying down or sitting up with blankets.
The theme for Tuesday mornings is “Perfect Health” – and we will be focussing on anxiety and stress and learn how to calm the mind and allow the body to relax and have quiet time. (please email to book)
